中药制剂珠蓼散对小鼠腹泻模型的防治作用

The preventive and therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine preparation Zhuliao powder on diarrhea mouse model

为了探索中药制剂珠蓼散对腹泻的防治效果,从而为临床应用提供试验依据,将88只18日龄的健康昆明小鼠随机分成两组,分别进行预防试验和治疗试验。预防试验小鼠随机分成6组,每组8只,雌雄各半。低、中、高剂量预防试验组和蒙脱石散对照组小鼠分别用低中高剂量的珠蓼散和蒙脱石散饲喂3 d后,与模型对照组一起均用番泻叶灌胃致泻,空白对照组不做处理,记录各组的腹泻情况,计算腹泻指数;治疗试验小鼠随机分成5组,每组8只,雌雄各半,各组小鼠用番泻叶致泻后,分别用低、中、高治疗剂量珠蓼散、蒙脱石散进行治疗,造模对照组只造模不治疗,记录各组的腹泻情况,计算腹泻指数。结果显示,各剂量的珠蓼散均有较好的预防效果,其中高剂量组效果最佳,与其他剂量相比差异显著(0.01<P≤0.05),亦显著优于蒙脱石散(0.01<P≤0.05);各剂量的珠蓼散均有较好的治疗作用,其中高剂量组效果最佳,显著高于其他剂量组和蒙脱石散对照组(0.01<P≤0.05)。提示:珠蓼散对番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻模型具有较好的预防和治疗作用,其防治效果优于蒙脱石散,且以高剂量组效果最佳。

In order to explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of Zhuliao Powder on diarrhea,so as to provide experimental basis for the clinical application,88 healthy weaned Kunming mice were randomly divided into 2 groups to conduct preventive and therapeutic tests.The mice in preventive test were randomly divided into 6 groups,8 mice in each group with the same amount of males and females.The mice in the low,middle and high preventive dose group and the montmorillonite control group were respectively fed with low,middle,high preventive doses of Zhuliao powder and montmorillonite powder for 3 days.Then all mice in above groups were fed with senna leaf to cause diarrhea,while those in the control group were not treated at all.The diarrhea occurrence of each group was recorded and the diarrhea index was calculated.The mice in therapeutic test were randomly divided into 5 groups,8 mice in each group with the same amount of males and females.After diarrhea caused by Senna leaf occurred,mice in each group(except for the model control group)were respectively treated with low,medium and high therapeutic doses of Zhuliao powder and montmorillonite powder,while those in the model control group were not treated in addition to make diarrhea model with senna leaf.The diarrhea occurrence of each group was recorded and the diarrhea index was calculated.The results showed that all doses of Zhuliao Powder had a good preventive effect,among all,the preventive effect of high dosage group was the best,and the differences between it and other dosages groups were significant(0.01<P<0.05),and also significantly better than that of montmorillonite powder group(0.01<P<0.05).Meanwhile,all doses of Zhuliao Powder had good therapeutic effect,and among all,the high dosage group had the best effect and significantly better than other dose groups and montmorillonite powder group(0.01<P<0.05).It prompted that Zhuliao Powder had a good preventive and therapeutic effect on diarrhea mouse model caused by senna leaf,supper to montmorillonite powder,and the effect of high dose group was the best.
