摘要
以棉籽壳、玉米芯、棉秆粉和玉米杆等为主料,玉米粉、豆粕和谷壳为辅料,设计6种不同栽培配方,研究不同配方对茶树菇菌丝生长情况、子实体产量和生物转化率的影响。结果表明,最适配方为配方2(棉籽壳33%、玉米芯33%、豆粕5%、麸皮10%、米糠15%),其菌丝生长速度快,产量高,生物转化率达到150%以上。
6 kinds of substrate formulae of Agrocybe cylindracea were designed systematically,in which the main materials were cotton seed hull,corncob,cotton,cornstalk,and the auxiliary materials were corn flour,soybean meal,chaff.The effects of 6 kinds substrate formula on mycelia growth rate,fresh sporophore yield and biological efficiency was investigate.The results showed that the optimum substrate formula was formula 2(cotton seed hull 33%,corncob33%,soybean meal 5%,wheat bran 10%,rice bran 15%).The mycelium growth rate was fast,the yield was high,and the bioconversion rate was more than 150%.
