摘要
以中西部地区2010年以来新入职的乡村教师为对象,依据教师发展理论框架设计和实施调查,从教师个人发展维度,检测入职后的一段时间内作为自然人的教师群体所拥有的资本水平;从教师社会发展维度,呈现作为社会人的教师群体其自身内在规定和社会需要之间的吻合程度;从专业发展的维度,关注作为职业人的教师群体的专业发展状况。归根结底,不应简单将乡村教师发展归为数量增长、层次提升或结构优化,而应关注其所蕴含的教育潜能、社会质量和专业能力,这才是乡村教师发展的根本要义。
This research takes the newly recruited rural teachers in the central and western regions of my country since 2010 as the object,and designs the survey according to the theoretical framework of teacher development.From the dimension of personal development of teachers,the level of capital possessed by teachers as natural persons is detected within a period of time after joining the group;from the dimension of social development of teachers,the agreement between internal regulations and social needs of teachers as social persons of this group are presented;from the dimension of professional development,the professional development of teachers is discussed.This paper focuses on the development of rural teachers,indicating that the development of rural teachers should not be simply reduced to quantitative growth,level improvement or structural optimization,but rather lies within the educational potential,social quality and professional ability,which should be the fundamental essence of the development of rural teachers.
