“双减”政策背景下义务教育学校提质增效的路径研究 被引量:3

Research on the Path of Improving Quality and Efficiency of Schools under the Background of “Double Reduction” Policy

摘要 提质增效是义务教育学校落实“双减”政策,强化教育主阵地,落实立德树人根本任务的关键性举措。首先阐述“双减”政策的时代意蕴和对义务教育学校发展的现实要求,在此基础上探讨义务教育学校治理与发展面临的角色、资源和机制三方面的现实困境,并针对现有问题提出义务教育学校提质增效的实践路径:全面压减作业的总量和时长,提升课后服务水平和教育教学质量;均衡配备教育资源;完善协同育人机制,促进学校提质增效。 Improving the quality and efficiency of schools is the key measure to carry out the policy of“double reduction”,strengthen the main position of education and carry out the basic task of moral education.In view of the contemporary implication of the“double reduction”policy and the practical requirements for school development,this paper discusses the practical dilemmas in three aspects of the role,resources and mechanism of school governance and development,and puts forward the practical ways to improve the quality and efficiency of school in view of the existing problems:comprehensively reducing the total amount and duration of homework;improving the level of after-school service and the quality of education and teaching;equipping educational resources in a balanced way and improving the mechanism of collaborative education.Multiple measures should be taken simultaneously to promote the quality and efficiency of schools.
