摘要
CIPP评价模式是一种改良取向的系统评价,评价过程可以根据改良情况实施动态调节。当前小学应用型全科教师培养评价以预定目标为标准,忽视了方案执行过程,摒弃了那些有助于改良方案的积极措施。本文基于CIPP评价理论,从背景、输入、过程和成果四个环节入手,提出构建小学应用型全科教师培养评价模式,通过以评促改提高小学应用型全科教师培养的实效性。
CIPP evaluation model is a systematic evaluation mode of improvement orientation,the evaluation process of which can be dynamically adjusted according to the improvement of the process.At present,the cultivation and evaluation of application-oriented general subject teachers in primary schools takes the predetermined goal as the standard,ignores the implementation process of the program,and discards the positive measures that can help to improve the program.Based on CIPP theory,this paper constructs the evaluation model of primary school application-oriented general subject teacher cultivation from four aspects of background,input,process and achievement,so as to improve the effectiveness of primary school application-oriented general subject teacher cultivation by promoting reform through evaluation.
