摘要
从古至今,《道德经》对领导实践具有广泛、深远的影响力,但由于其口述体特征且文字深奥,现有关于《道德经》中所蕴含的领导学思想的研究较为分散且不成体系。将《道德经》所涉及的众多角色界定为领导者与被领导者两大类,并以角色两分作为解读《道德经》领导学思想的突破口,可以看出,《道德经》本质上是一部完整的具有系统性、普适性和前瞻性的中国式领导学著作,内容涵盖领导者思维、领导者修养、领导力来源、领导者定位等方面。
The Tao Te Chinghas long been exerting extensive and far-reaching influence on leadership in practice,nevertheless,the study on the Tao Te Chingfrom this perspective is scattered due to its nature as an orally transmitted text and its obscure expression.This article defines the many roles described in the Tao Te Chingas the leader’s and the follower’s and,based on such understanding,views the Tao Te Chingas a work reflecting the kind of Chinese-style leadership on leadership thinking,leadership cultivation,leadership source,and so forth.
