Research Progress on Characterization and Solid Waste Property Identification Technology of Main Copper-containing Materials

摘要 本文在系统梳理总结常见含铜物料的种类及来源的基础上,从外观特征、元素成分、物相及微观特征检测等方面对含铜物料的固体废物属性鉴别分析技术研究进展进行了综述,重点阐述了X射线荧光光谱分析、X射线衍射分析、红外光谱分析、偏光显微镜、超景深显微镜及扫描电子显微镜等分析技术在含铜物料鉴定领域的应用,以期为进一步加强含铜物料的属性鉴别,实现“洋垃圾”的精准高效识别,保护相关行业及企业利益,保障生态环境安全提供参考。 In this paper,the types and sources of common copper-containing materials were systematically summarized.And the research of solid waste identification and analytical technology of copper-containing materials from the aspects of appearance characteristics,element composition,phase and microscopic characteristics were reviewed.The application of X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,infrared spectroscopy,polarizing microscope,ultra-depth field microscope and scanning electron microscopy in the identification of copper-containing materials was particularly described.It is expected to further strengthen the property identification of copper-containing materials,realize the accurate and efficient identification of‘foreign garbage’,protect the interests of related industries and enterprises,and ensure the safety of ecological environment.
