摘要
采用超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱仪(UHPLC-MS/MS)建立了玩具涂层中痕量可迁移双酚A含量的分析方法。选择Acquity UPLC^(TM) BEH C_(18)液相柱,以甲醇和水溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱方式,经负离子扫描模式、多反应监测模式(MRM)进行分析。在试验优化的条件下,双酚A在质量浓度为0~100μg/L范围内呈现线性关系良好,线性相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限为0.50μg/L,样品加标回收率在91.7%~105.5%之间,相对标准偏差小于5.4%。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,满足分析测试的要求。应用该方法测定了玩具可接触部分涂层中的可迁移双酚A含量,分析结果满意。
A method for the determination of trace migratory bisphenol A(BPA)in toys coating has been developed by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(UHPLC-MS/MS).The bisphenol A was separated on Acquity UPLC^(TM) BEH C_(18) column with the mobile phase of methanol-water solution.The mass spectrometer was operated in the negative ion mode withmultiple reaction monitoring(MRM).Under the optimal condition of determination,the calibration curves for bisphenol A was linear in the range of 0-100μg/L and the correlation coefficient was over 0.999,and the detection limit was 0.50μg/L.The recovery was in the range of 91.7%-105.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was below 5.4%.This method is simple and quick with high sensitivity,which can meet the determination requirements.This method has been used to determine migratory bisphenol A in accessible parts of toys coating.
