摘要
高校骨科教学是一个由教师、学生和教学环境组成的生态环境。教师应关注学生的阶段性学习目的、态度和困难期待等。医学院学生是一特殊群体,文章通过随机发放开放性问卷和访谈方法,对该校大学2014级五年制学生进行调查和访谈,了解医学生在新的教学理念模式下的学习动机、目标和期待需求,旨在建构和谐共生的骨科教学课堂。
University orthopedic teaching is an ecological environment composed of teachers,students,and teaching environment.Teachers should pay attention to students'stage-specific learning objectives,attitudes,and expectations.Medical students are a special group.This study investigated and interviewed fifth-year students from the 2014 class at a university using open-ended questionnaires to understand the learning motivation,goals,and expectations of medical students under a new teaching concept,aiming to construct a harmonious and symbiotic orthopedic teaching classroom.
