摘要
目的:分析交叉学科对医学研究生创新能力培养的影响。方法:用自编问卷调查155名教师对交叉学科的认知和研究现状,线性回归分析影响因素。结果:高学历是高校教师了解、申请和参与交叉学科研究的促进因素,高年资、高专业职称和更重视交叉学科的教师参与更多交叉学科研究。在创新能力培养效果上,博士生导师优于硕士研究生导师,硕士研究生导师优于其他教师。重视交叉学科和利用交叉学科研究项目指导研究生的导师可促进研究生参加交叉学科研究项目、提升研究生发表文章数量和质量。结论:研究生导师利用交叉学科研究项目可促进研究生创新能力的培养。
Objective:To analyze the influence of interdisciplinary studies on the innovative ability of medical postgraduates.Methods:Self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the cognitive status and research activities of 155 teachers on interdisciplinary subjects.The linear regression analysis was utilized to analyze the factors.Results:High academic qualifications are conducive to college teachers to understand interdisciplinary subjects,apply for research projects and participate in research.Senior teachers,teachers with high professional titles and more emphasis on interdisciplinary subjects participate in more interdisciplinary research.In term of cultivating innovative ability,the doctoral tutor is superior to the master tutor,and the master tutor is superior to other college teachers.Guiding graduate students through interdisciplinary research projects helps to improve the outputs of research projects.Conclusion:Graduate tutors could use disciplinary research projects to promote the cultivation of graduate students’innovative abilities.
