摘要
旨在考察不同养殖密度对大刺鳅生长性能和摄食行为的影响。采用310天的单因素水泥池精养试验对初始密度为657.52 g/m3(A组)、1177.27 g/m3(B组)两组大刺鳅的生长性能及特征进行比较。结果表明:大刺鳅的生长性能与养殖密度呈负相关,其中A组大刺鳅的增重率、特定生长率、肥满度及存活率均高于B组,而饲料系数及单位面积产量分别比B组低13.82%与30.77%。各密度组大刺鳅的体长均与体质量呈幂函数相关(A组:W=0.0028L3.041;B组:W=0.0049L2.953),为等速生长。体长、体质量与养殖天数呈多次函数相关(A组:L=-8×10-5d2+0.07758d+13.059,W=-2×10-6d3+0.0011d2+0.1369d+7.2355;B组:L=-6×10-5d2+0.062d+12.379,W=-2×10-6d3+0.001d2+0.1031dd+6.8031)。该试验条件适合于大刺鳅的规模化生产,今后应进一步细化大刺鳅的养殖密度,寻找最佳产量与饲料利用之间的关系,争取最大效益。
The objective is to investigate the effects of different stocking densities on growth performance and ingestion behavior of Mastacembelus aculeatus. 310-day single-factor intensive test in cement pit was used to compare the growth performance and characteristics of Mastacembelus aculeatus at the initial density of 657.52 g/m^3 (group A) and 1177.27 g/m^3 (group B). The results showed a negative correlation between growth characteristics and stocking density, the weight gain rate(WGR), special growth rate(SGR), fatness and survival rate of group A were higher than those of group B, while the feed conversion rate(FCR) and yield per unit area were 13.82% and 30.77% lower than that of group B. The body length of group A and B were power function related to body weight, and the relationship was W=0.0028 L3.041 and W=0.0049 L2.953 respectively, which indicated that they had equal growth rate. The body length and body weight were correlated with breeding days by multiple function,which were L=-8×10-5 d^2+0.07758 d+13.059, W=-2×10-6 d3+0.0011 d^2+0.1369 d+7.2355 in group A, L=-6×10-5 d^2+0.062 d+12.379, W=-2×10-6 d3+0.001 d^2+0.1031 d+6.8031 in group B. The condition was suitable for large-scale production of Mastacembelus aculeatus. We should refine the stocking density and find the relationship between the best yield and feed utilization, to obtain the highest benefit.
