四川省县域乡村类型划分及乡村性评价研究

The Rural Development Types and Rurality Evaluation at County-scale in Sichuan

对四川省各县域单元的乡村性进行客观评价,科学判定四川省县域乡村发展类型及乡村性强度,明晰城乡统筹发展过程中四川省乡村性的时空间特征。基于2000—2016年数据,对四川省181个县域乡村类型进行划分,构建乡村性指数评价指标体系。结果表明:(1)四川省县域乡村宏观格局相对稳定,呈现出以均衡发展型、农业主导型为主,商贸服务型和工业主导型为辅的产业总体格局特征,部分类型时空差异显著。(2)四川省县域乡村性以中等和较强为主,乡村性指数均值呈现逐步下降趋势;县域乡村性呈现显著的地理集聚现象,表现出以成都平原区为中心,向外围由低值向高值逐步增大的"圈层"空间格局。研究结果对建设四川省幸福美丽新村、推进四川省城乡一体化发展具有一定的现实意义。

This paper aims to evaluate the rurality at county-scale in Sichuan, define the development types and rurality strength of the counties, and identify the spatial-temporal features in the balanced urban-rural development. Based on data during 2000 to 2016, we classified the rural development types and constructed the assessment indicators of rurality. The results showed that:(1) the pattern of counties in Sichuan was relatively stable, mainly the balanced development type and the agriculture-oriented type, with the complements of commercial service type and the industry-dominated type, and there were remarkable temporal and spatial differences in some types;(2) the county-scale rurality of Sichuan was mainly moderate and strong,the mean value of the rurality indicators presented a gradual downward trend, and county-scale rurality had significantly geographical agglomeration, with Chengdu plain as the center to increase gradually outward from low value to high value. The results have certain practical values in constructing new beautiful villages and promoting the development of urban-rural integration in Sichuan.
