摘要
目的:采用响应面法优化桔梗皂苷的提取工艺。方法:采用微波辅助提取法提取桔梗皂苷,以皂苷提取率为评价指标,通过乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波时间、料液比、提取次数等单因素结合响应面法进一步优化提取工艺条件。结果:最佳工艺为乙醇浓度67%、微波功率400 W、微波时间4min、料液比1:10、提取2次。该条件下桔梗皂苷提取率预测值为2.335%,实测平均值为2.41%,与预测值相差0.075%。结论:该方法模型预测性良好,提取条件稳定,提取简便合理、可靠。
Objective:The extraction process of Platycodon grandiflorum saponins using response surface methodology was optimized.Methods:The microwave-assisted extraction method was used to extract saponins from Platycodon grandiflorus,with the saponin extraction rate as the evaluation index,and the extraction process conditions were further optimized by the response surface method through the single factors of ethanol concentration,microwave power,microwave time,material-liquid ratio,and the number of times.Results:The optimal process was 67%ethanol concentration,400 W microwave power,4min microwave time,1:10 material-liquid ratio,and 2 times extraction.The predicted extraction rate of Platycodon grandiflorum saponins under this condition was 2.335%,and the measured average value was 2.41%,which was 0.075%different from the predicted value.Conclusion:The model of this method has good predictability,the extraction conditions are stable,and the extraction is simple,reasonable and reliable.
