浅谈蒙西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎

Discussion on the treatment of ulcerative colitis with combination of Mongolian and western medicine

随着经济生活与文化水平迅速提高,饮食、生活习惯发生不同程度的改变,加上环境因素剧烈变化,我国成人溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的发病率近几年逐年增加。西医上属于炎症性肠病(IBD)范畴,是病因尚未得到系统阐明的慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病。蒙医认为该病属于“大肠包如病”的范畴,根据赫依、希拉、巴达干(组成人体的三要素)蓄积、发作、平息法则进行药物、传统疗术、辨证综合施治,运用内治疗法、外治疗法或二者联合治疗疗效颇佳。临床上,蒙西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果相比传统西医治疗显著,但具体结合使用方式仍处于初步探索试验阶段。

With the rapid improvement of economic life and cultural development,changes in diet and living habits to varying degrees,and dramatic changes in environmental factors,the total incidence rate of adult ulcerative colitis(UC)in China has increased year by year in recent years.Western medicine belongs to the category of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)in concept,and is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease whose etiology has not been systematically clarified so far.Mongolian medicine believes that the disease belongs to the category of"large intestine is like a disease".According to the principle of accumulation,attack and calming of the three elements of the human body,Heyi,Sheila and Badakan(the three elements of the human body),medicine,traditional therapy,and syndrome differentiation comprehensive care are used.The use of internal treatment,external treatment,or combination of the two treatments has a good effect.Clinically,the effect of the treatment of ulcerative colitis with the combination of Mongolian and western medicine is significantly better than that of traditional western medicine,but the specific combination of use is still in the preliminary exploration and trial stage.
