藏成药六味能消丸的配伍特点及治疗胃肠疾病的临床疗效研究

Study on the Compatibility Characteristics of Tibetan Medicine Liuwei Nengxiao Pill and Its Clinical Effect on Gastrointestinal Diseases

目的:综述六味能消丸的配伍特点,考察其治疗胃肠疾病的临床疗效,为提高该藏成药的临床疗效、优化剂型等提供依据。方法:文献法、图表法、临床病例法。结果:藏医临床多从三因素、寒热等原始病因出发,分析胃肠疾病的病理机制。六味能消丸由藏木香、干姜、诃子、大黄、寒水石、碱花等六种药物配伍组成,具有助胃肠消化及治疗腹胀、积食不化、便秘、妇科难产、不孕不育等功效。讨论了六味能消丸的组成药味功效、六味、三化味、四大种、八性的配伍特点,符合藏医治疗隆、赤巴引起的便秘及胃炎、反流性食管炎等疾病的论述。考察功能性消化不良(慢性浅表性胃炎)110例、习惯性便秘45例、浅表性胃炎50例、反流性食管炎138例的口服临床功效。结果:该藏成药的总有效率在92%以上。结论:藏成药六味能消丸治疗胃肠道疾病的用药历史悠久,疗效显著,应进一步挖掘该药的作用机理,为提升临床疗效、开发新药服务。

Objective:To summarize the compatibility characteristics of Liuwei Nengxiao pills and investigate its clinical efficacy in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,so as to provide basis for improving the clinical efficacy and optimizing dosage form of the Tibetan medicine.Methods:Literature method,chart method,clinical case method.Results:Tibetan medicine mostly analyzed the pathological mechanism of gastrointestinal diseases from three factors,cold and heat and other original causes.Liuwei Nengxiao pills is composed of six kinds of drugs,such as Zangmuxiang,dried ginger,Terminalia chebula,rhubarb,chills and alkali flowers.It has the effects of promoting gastrointestinal digestion and abdominal distension,dyspepsia,constipation,gynecological dystocia,infertility and so on.The compatibility characteristics of Liuwei Nengxiao pillss in terms of composition,medicinal efficacy,six flavors,three chemical flavors,four kinds and eight properties were discussed,which was consistent with the discussion of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of constipation,gastritis,reflux esophagitis and other diseases caused by lung and Chiba.The oral clinical efficacy of 110 cases of functional dyspepsia(chronic superficial gastritis),45 cases of habitual constipation,50 cases of superficial gastritis and 138 cases of reflux esophagitis were investigated.The results showed that the total effective rate of the Tibetan patent medicine was more than 92%.Conclusion:The Tibetan medicine Liuwei Nengxiao pills has a long history in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,and its therapeutic effect is remarkable.The mechanism of action of this medicine should be further explored to improve the clinical efficacy and develop new drugs.
