摘要 危险与可操作性分析方法是工艺过程危害分析的重要技术,有着全面、系统、细致等突出优势。其主要用于识别工艺或操作过程中存在的危害,并识别过程偏差导致的不可接受的风险状况。利用危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)对某油气回收装置的工艺控制进行危险与可操作性分析[1],分析出油气回收装置工艺操作中存在的不足。通过提出安全对策及措施建议,对安全设施设计进行修改完善。 HAZOP analysis method is an important technology of process hazard analysis,which has the advantages of comprehensive,systematic and meticulous.It is mainly used to identify hazards existing in the process or operation process,and to identify unacceptable risk conditions caused by process deviation.By using the HAZOP analysis method,the process about hazard and operability control and the shortcomings in the process operation of the oil vapor recovery unit are analyzed.Through putting forward safety countermeasures and suggestions,the design about safety facilities is modified and improved.
