摘要
目的:基于体验回避模型,探讨粗暴养育与手机成瘾的关系,并在此基础上考察抑郁和体验回避的序列中介作用。方法:采取方便抽样法以信阳市两所中学的896名初、高中学生为被试,采用粗暴养育问卷、抑郁量表、接纳与行动问卷、手机成瘾量表进行测试。结果:(1)粗暴养育和抑郁显著正相关,和体验回避显著正相关,和手机成瘾显著正相关;抑郁、体验回避和手机成瘾两两之间显著正相关。(2)抑郁和体验回避在粗暴养育与手机成瘾之间起中介作用,且抑郁和体验回避的序列中介效应也显著。结论:父母粗暴养育对中学生手机成瘾具有显著的影响,且这种影响是通过抑郁和体验回避的中介作用形成的。
Objective:Based on the experience avoidance model,this study explored the relationship between harsh parenting and smartphone addiction,and on this basis,investigated the serial mediating effect of depression and experience avoidance.Methods:The convenience sampling method was adopted to test 896 junior and senior high school students from two middle schools in Xinyang city.Harsh parenting questionnaire,depression scale,acceptance and action questionnaire and mobile phone addiction scale were adopted.Results:(1)Harsh parenting was positively correlated with depression,experience avoidance,and smartphone addiction;There were positive correlations among depression,experience avoidance and smartphone addiction.(2)Depression and experience avoidance mediated harsh parenting on smartphone addiction,and the serial mediating effect of depression and experience avoidance was also significant.Conclusion:Harsh parenting has a significant impact on middle school students’smartphone addiction,and this effect is formed by the combined effect of depression and experience avoidance.
