湖南省中小学心理健康教育资源的现况与展望 被引量:13

摘要 目的:了解湖南省中小学心理健康教育资源现况,以及不同地域、性质和类型学校间的差异。方法:以教育部《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要(2012年修订)》为基础自编调查问卷,对全省小学、初中、普通高中和特殊教育学校(不含小学教学点)共12268所开展调查。结果:湖南省中小学心理健康教育资源缺口较大,城乡、公办和民办以及不同学段的学校之间都存在较大差异。结论:需对此出台强有力的省级政策,加大资源投入力度,盘活并充分利用现有资源,加强不同地区、不同类型学校的交流合作,尽快改善整体资源不足的局面,实现心理健康教育的协调、均衡发展。 Objective:To describe the current situation of mental health education resources in all primary and middle schools in Hunan province and understand the differences among schools in different regions,classifications.Methods:According to the requirements of the policy named"Guidelines for Primary and Middle Mental health Education(2012 Revision)"issued by the Ministry of Education,12268 primary schools,middle schools and special education schools(excluding primary school teaching points)were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results:A large shortage of mental health education resources was revealed in primary and middle schools of Hunan.The distribution of these resources was unequal between the urban and rural areas,public and private,and primary school and middle school.Conclusion:A provincial policy is needed which should include increasing resources input,making full use of existing resources,and strengthening communication and cooperation between different regions and different types of schools.
