社会排斥对手机依赖的影响:社会自我效能感和社交焦虑的中介作用

Social Exclusion and Mobile Phone Dependence:The Mediating Effect of Social Self-efficacy and Social Anxiety

目的:探讨社会排斥与大学生手机依赖的关系及其内在机制——社会自我效能感和社交焦虑在其中的中介作用。方法:使用青少年社会排斥量表、大学生手机依赖倾向量表、社会自我效能感量表以及社交焦虑量表对800名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)社会排斥与大学生手机依赖呈显著正相关。(2)社会自我效能感和社交焦虑在社会排斥对大学生手机依赖影响中的中介作用显著,该中介作用包含了三条中介路径——社会自我效能感和社交焦虑的单独中介作用,以及社会自我效能感和社交焦虑的链式中介作用。结论:社会排斥不仅能直接影响大学生手机依赖行为,还能通过社会自我效能感和社交焦虑间接影响大学生手机依赖行为。

Objective:To examine the relation between social exclusion and college students’mobile phone dependence,and its inner mechanism-the mediating roles of social self-efficacy and social anxiety in this relationship.Methods:800 college students were recruited to complete the Ostracism Experience Scale for Adolescents,Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale,Scale of Perceived Social Self-efficacy and Social Anxiety Scale.Results:(1)Social exclusion was positively correlated with college students’mobile phone dependence;(2)Social self-efficacy and social anxiety significantly mediated the relation between social exclusion and college students’mobile phone dependence,which contained three mediating paths-the independent mediating effects of social self-efficacy and social anxiety,as well as the chain mediating effect of social self-efficacy and social anxiety.Conclusion:Social exclusion not only influences undergraduate students’mobile phone dependence directly,but also through the mediating effect of social self-efficacy and social anxiety indirectly.
