摘要
目的:探讨青少年孤独感、社交媒体使用强度与错失恐惧的关系,以及社交媒体使用强度在二者间的中介作用。方法:采用UCLA孤独量表、错失恐惧量表和社交网络使用强度问卷对628名青少年进行调查。结果:①孤独感与错失恐惧之间呈显著正相关(r=0.46,P<0.01),孤独感与社交媒体使用强度间呈显著正相关(r=0.44,P<0.01),错失恐惧与社交媒体使用强度间呈显著正相关(r=0.23,P<0.01);②孤独感不但对错失恐惧有直接正向预测作用(β=0.42,P<0.01),还能够通过社交媒体使用强度间接对错失恐惧产生影响。结论:社交媒体使用强度在孤独感与错失恐惧间起到中介作用。
Objective:To explore the relationship among loneliness,social media use intensity and fear of missing out,and the mediating effect of social media use intensity.Methods:628 adolescents were investigated by UCLA Loneliness Scale,Fear of Missing Out Scale and Social Network Use Intensity Questionnaire.Results:①There were significant positive correlations between loneliness and fear of missing out(r=0.46,P<0.01),loneliness and social media use intensity(r=0.44,P<0.01),fear of missing out and social media use intensity(r=0.23,P<0.01).②Loneliness not only had a direct positive predictive effect on fear of missing out(β=0.42,P<0.01),but also had an indirect impact on fear of missing out through social media use intensity.Conclusion:Social media use intensity plays an intermediary role between loneliness and fear of missing out.
