摘要
目的:探究大学生自尊和评价恐惧在自悯与社交焦虑关系间的中介作用。方法:采用自悯量表、自尊量表、简版负面评价恐惧量表、正面评价恐惧量表与交往焦虑量表,对全国十九所大学916名大学生进行纸质问卷调查,回收有效问卷841份。结果:①自悯、自尊与社交焦虑显著负相关,正面评价恐惧、负面评价恐惧与社交焦虑显著正相关。②中介模型检验表明自悯对社交焦虑的直接作用显著;自尊、正面评价恐惧、负面评价恐惧在自悯和社交焦虑间的中介作用显著,自尊-正面评价恐惧的链式中介作用显著。结论:大学生自悯不仅直接预测社交焦虑,还分别通过自尊、正面评价恐惧、负面评价恐惧的并列中介作用,以及自尊-正面评价恐惧的链式中介作用间接预测社交焦虑。
Objective:To explore the mediating effects of self-esteem and fear of evaluation on self-compassion and social anxiety.Methods:916 college students in 19 universities were investigated with Self-Compassion Scale,Self-Esteem Scale,the Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale,the Fear of Positive Evaluation Scale and Interaction Anxiety Scale,and 841 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.Results:①Self-esteem and self-compassion were negatively correlated with social anxiety,while fear of negative evaluation and fear of positive evaluation were positively correlated with social anxiety.②Mediation modeling analysis showed that self-compassion had a direct effect on social anxiety.Self-esteem,fear of negative evaluation and fear of positive evaluation partially mediated the relationship between self-compassion and social anxiety,and the chain mediating effect of self-esteem and fear of positive evaluation was also significant.Conclusion:Self-compassion influences social anxiety,not only through the direct path,but also through the indirect path of self-esteem,fear of negative evaluation and fear of positive evaluation,as well as the chain mediating effect of self-esteem and fear of positive evaluation.
