摘要
目的:探讨移动互联网时代手机成瘾、非理性拖延与初中生抑郁、焦虑之间的关系,并考察正念在其关系中的保护性作用。方法:使用手机成瘾指数量表、非理性拖延问卷、正念量表及抑郁-焦虑-压力量表对764名初中生施测。结果:①手机成瘾、非理性拖延、抑郁、焦虑两两之间均显著正相关,而这些变量与正念之间均呈显著负相关;②手机成瘾不仅能够显著直接预测抑郁和焦虑,而且能够通过非理性拖延的中介作用对抑郁和焦虑产生间接预测作用,且该中介作用能够被正念调节,即非理性拖延的中介作用在低正念群体中更加显著。③正念能够调节手机成瘾与抑郁之间的关系,但对手机成瘾与焦虑之间关系的调节作用不显著。结论:非理性拖延是互联网时代非适应性手机使用行为(手机成瘾)导致个体抑郁、焦虑情绪的桥梁因素,而正念是非适应性手机使用、非理性拖延诱发抑郁、焦虑情绪的保护性因素。
Objective:To explore the relationship among mobile phone addiction,irrational procrastination,mindfulness and depression or anxiety.Methods:A sample of 764 middle school students was recruited in the study to complete the questionnaires about mobile phone addiction,irrational procrastination,mindfulness,depression and anxiety.Results:①The correlations between each pair of mobile phone addiction,irrational procrastination,depression,as well as anxiety,were significantly positive.And these variables were all negatively associated with mindfulness.②Mobile phone addiction not only had a direct effect on depression or anxiety,but also could affect depression or anxiety through the mediating role of irrational procrastination.And this indirect effect could be moderated by mindfulness.Specifically,this indirect effect was more significant for middle students with lower mindfulness.③Mindfulness could moderate the link between mobile phone addiction and depression,but this moderating effect was not significant on the relationship between mobile phone addiction and anxiety.Conclusion:Irrational procrastination acts as a bridge between mobile phone addiction and depression or anxiety,while mindfulness plays a protective role in the mechanism of mobile phone addiction or irrational procrastination leading to depression or anxiety.
