摘要 目的分析儿科静脉药物配置的差错及控制对策。方法从2019年7~12月选取静脉用药患儿400例作为研究对象,对静脉用药配置进行回顾分析,统计配置差错事件并分析原因,强化药物配置管理。另选取2020年1~7月静脉用药患儿400例作为对照,比较干预前后的管理成果,评价用药服务满意度。结果①400例患儿中出现药物配置差错12例,以配置品项错误(33.33%)和数量错误(25.00%)为主。②强化管理干预后,药物配置差错率从3.00%降低至0.50%,物品表面细菌阳性率从8.75%降低至4.25%,工作质量评分明显提高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。③强化管理干预后,用药服务满意率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科静脉药物配置差错多见于品项错误和数量错误,通过加强管理控制,可降低差错率、提高用药服务水平。 Objective To analyze errors and control countermeasures of pediatric intravenous drug allocation.Methods The paper chose 400 children with intravenous medication from July to December 2019 as research objects,reviewed and analyzed intravenous medication configuration,counted allocation error events and analyzed the causes,and strengthened drug allocation management.in addition,the paper chose 400 children with intravenous medication from January to July 2020 as control group.Management results before and after intervention were compared to evaluate satisfaction degree of medication service.Results①There were 12 cases of drug allocation errors among 400 children,mainly allocation item errors(33.33%)and quantity errors(25.00%).②After strengthening management intervention,error rate of drug allocation reduced from 3.00%to 0.50%,positive rate of bacteria on surface of goods reduced from 8.75%to 4.25%.Work quality scores were significantly improved with significant difference(P<0.05).③After strengthening management intervention,satisfaction degree of medication service was significantly improved(97.50%vs 94.25%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric intravenous drug allocation errors often include product errors and quantity errors,strengthening management and control can reduce error rate and improve drug service level.
