小儿哮喘中布地奈德对炎症分子水平的影响

Effect of Budesonide on Inflammatory Molecules of Asthma Children

目的研究细支气管哮喘儿童在急性发作时外周血(白细胞介素4)IL-4(白细胞介素6)IL-6和吸入布地奈德(白细胞介素8)IL-8水平的变化及其在治疗前后的诊断和治疗中的意义。方法选取2019年7月-2020年1月徐州医科大学附属儿童医院收治的诊断为支气管哮喘的儿童80例作为研究对象,按照患儿入院的顺序随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。研究使用布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘过程中,患儿周围血中炎症分子水平IL-4,IL-6,IL-8的变化。两组均进行平喘,祛痰等基础治疗。在此基础上,研究组采用布地奈德(CYHS2000278,四川普瑞特制药)治疗,患者吸入布地奈德气雾剂200~1600g/d(轻度哮喘患者200~800g/d,重度患者800~1600g/d),使用了2~4次。结果与对照组相比,研究组外周血炎性分子水平较低。IL-4水平:研究组9.741.64ng/L,低于对照组33.214.62ng/L(P<0.05);IL-6水平:研究组18.655.35ng/L,低于对照组46.981.47ng/L(P<0.05);IL-8水平:研究组为8.882.36ng/L,低于对照组18.873.69ng/L,(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德能降低哮喘患儿外周血中的炎症分子。

Objective To study changes of peripheral blood IL-4,IL-6 and inhaled budesonide IL-8 levels of children with bronchiolar asthma during acute attack and its significance in diagnosis and treatment before and after treatment.Methods The paper chose 80 cases bronchial asthma children diagnosed in Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Children’s Hospital from July 2019 to January 2020 as research objects,and divided them into research group and control group randomly according to admission order,with 40 cases in each group.Changes of inflammatory molecular levels of IL-4,IL-6 and IL-8 in peripheral blood during treatment of asthma with budesonide of children were studied.Both groups received basic treatment of antiasthmatic and expectorant.on the basis,study group was treated with budesonide(CYHS2000278,Sichuan Pratt),patients inhaled Budesonide Aerosol 200-1600g/d(mild asthma patients 200-800g/d,severe patients 800-1600g/d),with 2 to 4 times.Results Inflammatory molecules level in peripheral blood of study group was lower than control group.IL-4 level was 9.741.64ng/l in study group,lower than 33.214.62ng/l in control group.(P<0.05);IL-6 level was 18.655.35ng/l in study group,lower than 46.981.47ng/l in control group.(P<0.05);IL-8 level was 8.882.36ng/l in study group,lower than 18.873.69ng/l in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide can reduce inflammatory molecules in peripheral blood of asthmatic children.
