ERAS方案在腹腔镜单侧腹股沟疝手术中的应用效果和意义分析

The Application Effect and Significance Analysis of ERAS Program in Laparoscopic Unilateral Inguinal Hernia Surgery

目的分析腹腔镜单侧腹股沟疝手术患者的临床干预中采取ERAS干预的应用效果。方法将2019年1月-2020年12月在本院接受腹腔镜单侧腹股沟疝手术治疗和传统开放手术的患者共100例作为本次观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对比分析两组分别干预后的护理满意度、治疗前后患处VAS评分、ADL评分、进食恢复时间、胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院时间。结果干预后,观察组患者护理满意度明显更高(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者的VAS、ADL评分可见并无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者VAS评分明显更低,ADL评分明显更高(P<0.05);观察组进食恢复时间、胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院时间患者明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在两组患者的临床干预中对患者采取ERAS干预能够在一定程度上提高患者对康复的满意度,可有效促进护患关系和谐发展,相较于常规干预措施更有利于缩短患者恢复时间,改善患者的疼痛程度及日常生活能力。

Objective To analyze the application effect of ERAS intervention in the clinical intervention of patients undergoing laparoscopic unilateral inguinal hernia surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic unilateral inguinal hernia surgery and traditional open surgery in this hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were taken as the objects of this observation.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group.The nursing satisfaction,VAS score,ADL score,eating recovery time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay of the two groups after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results After the intervention,the patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with their nursing care(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the VAS and ADL scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had significantly lower VAS scores and significantly higher ADL scores(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group had food recovery time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and hospitalization time significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical intervention of the two groups of patients,ERAS intervention can improve the patients’satisfaction with rehabilitation to a certain extent,and can effectively promote the harmonious development of the nursepatient relationship.Compared with conventional interventions,it is more beneficial to shorten the recovery time of patients and improve the pain level and daily living ability of patients.
