摘要
心血管疾病是世界上发病率和死亡率最高的疾病之一,其发病机制错综复杂,不同病因引起的疾病可能与一种或多种信号通路激活有关,其中部分通路可能受其他信号通路的调控。如能针对疾病发生的多个环节进行治疗势必能增加治疗的成功率。没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)是一种来源广泛、安全度高、生物活性好的天然植物化合物,对多种慢性、复杂心血管疾病具有较好的疗效,其机制往往具有多个作用靶点。本文为EGCG防治心血管疾病及其作用的相关机制进行系统的综述,或将有助于开发新的治疗心血管疾病的药物提供启发。
Cardiovascular disease is one of the diseases with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world,and its pathogenesis is complex.Diseases caused by different etiologies may be related to the activation of one or more signaling pathways,some of which may be regulated by other signaling pathways.Targeting multiple stages of the disease will increase the success rate of treatment.epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)is a natural phytochemical with a wide range of sources,high safety and good biological activity.It often has multiple targets and has good efficacy in a variety of chronic and complex cardiovascular diseases.This paper will systematically review the related targets of EGCG in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and its effects,which may help to provide inspiration for the development of new drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
