老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折采用中医治疗的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Elderly Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的探讨老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折采用中医治疗的临床效果研究。方法将2019年1月-2020年6月在云南省中医医院骨科治疗的72例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机分为两组,各36例,对照组使用经皮椎体成形术治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用中医治疗,对比两组的伤椎前缘高度及后凸Cobb角、疼痛及腰部功能、生存质量。结果观察组术后6个月的伤椎前缘高度明显高于对照组,而后凸Cobb角明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月、6个月的ODI评分、VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月、6个月的WHOQOL-BREF评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折采用中医治疗的临床效果显著,能减轻术后疼痛,促进腰部功能的恢复,提高生存质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods The paper chose 72 cases elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly,36 cases in each group.Control group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,observation group with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis.Anterior edge height of injured vertebral body,kyphosis Cobb angle,pain,lumbar function and life quality was compared between two groups.Results 6 months after operation,anterior edge height of injured vertebra in observation group was significantly higher than control group,Cobb angle of kyphosis was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);ODI scores and VAS pain scores 1 and 6 months after operation in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);WHOQOL-BREF scores of observation group 1 and 6 months after operation were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,can reduce postoperative pains,promote recovery of lumbar function and improve life quality,which has positive clinical significance.
