综合护理模式对肛瘘术后患者自我护理能力、术后疼痛评分及术后恢复情况的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Model on Self-Care Ability,Postoperative Pain Scores and Postoperative Recovery of Anal Fistula Patients

目的探讨综合护理模式对肛瘘术后患者自我护理能力、术后疼痛评分及术后恢复情况的影响分析。方法将2018年1月-2019年12月在广东省深圳市中医肛肠医院肛肠科治疗的92例肛瘘术后患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用综合护理模式,对比两组的自我护理能力、VAS疼痛评分变化、并发症发生率及康复时间。结果观察组护理后自我责任感、自我概念、自我护理技能、健康知识水平、ESCA总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后6h、12h、24h、48h、72h的VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组尿潴留、尿路刺激征、导尿等明显低于对照组,而首次排尿时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式对肛瘘术后患者自我护理能力、术后疼痛评分及术后恢复情况均有积极影响,能有效提升自我护理能力,减轻术后疼痛,加快康复速度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing model on self-care ability,postoperative pain scores and postoperative recovery of patients with anal fistula.Methods The paper chose 92 postoperative patients with anal fistula treated in anorectal department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with comprehensive nursing mode.Self-care ability,VAS pain scores change,complication incidence and rehabilitation time between two groups were compared.Results Self responsibility,self-concept,self-care skills,health knowledge level and total scores of ESCA in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);VAS pain scores at 6h,12h,24h,48h and 72h in observation group were significantly lower than control group,(P<0.05);urinary retention,urinary tract irritation and catheterization in observation group was significantly lower than control group,the first voiding time and hospital stay was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model has positive effect on self-care ability,postoperative pain scores and postoperative recovery of patients with anal fistula,can improve self-care ability,reduce postoperative pains,accelerate recovery speed and reduce complications incidence effectively.
