摘要
目的研究肺炎支原体(Mp)IgM抗体检测在小儿过敏性紫癜中的临床应用价值。方法将2015年1月至2019年12月期间本院收治的过敏性紫癜的患儿43例列入观察组,同时选择同期在本院体检的43例健康儿童作为对照组,比较两组的MpIgM阳性检出率,根据MPIgM检测结果将观察组患儿分为MP感染组(MPIgM阳性)和非MP感染组(MPIgM阴性),对比两组纤溶指标D2聚体情况。结果①观察组过敏性紫癜患儿感染Mp明显高于健康儿童对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②MpIgM阳性组的D2聚体浓度显著高于MpIgM阴性组(P<0.05)。结论①Mp感染与过敏性紫癜发病有关;②MP感染与过敏性紫癜凝血功能有关,可导致过敏性紫癜患儿出现高凝状态。明确以上两点在临床治疗过敏性紫癜的过程中,为患儿进行MPIgM检查,能够快速探寻疾病原因,预防并发症,在临床诊治中具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical application value of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody detection in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura Methods Include 43 children with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 in the observation group.At the same time,43healthy children who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group to compare the two groups of study subjects.The positive rate of IgM antibodies of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,and analysis of the fibrinolytic index D2 polymer and inflammatory cell infiltration in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura combined with MpIgM positive.Results The positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibodies in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in the observation group was higher than that in healthy children in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The counts of D2 polymer and eosinophils in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura combined with MpIgM positive were higher than those in the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is one of the leading causes of pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura,which can aggravate the fibrinolysis disorder in children,and has important clinical application value in the occurrence and development of pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
