摘要
目的分析并观察超声对痛风诊断价值的系统性评价。方法以超声诊断痛风为主线搜寻和检索资料,利用PubMed、EMbase数据库,搜索日期2015年至2017年,综合评价纳入资料整体患者与亚组的结果。结果6项资料综合分析,灵敏度为0.615(0.543,0.687/95%),特异度为0.923(0.878,0.968/95%),PLR为6.945(2.671,50.061),NLR为0.391(0.238,0.920),DOR为32.71(15.795,94.77),AUC为0.93,Q^(*)指数为0.84,亚组分析结果与主线资料各项观察值相近,也说明超声诊断的准确性。且经ROC监测未出现阈值效应,不存在发表偏倚情况。结论超声在痛风诊断中具有较高的应用价值,有显著的准确性,还有较高的灵敏度和特异度,是一种诊断痛风病情的优选高科技手段。
Objective To analyze and observe the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of Gout.Methods Searching for and retrieving data through the main line of ultrasonic diagnosis of Gout,using PubMed,EMbase databases,search ends in 2017,comprehensive evaluation included data on the overall patient and subgroup outcomes.Results A comprehensive analysis of six items of data,the sensitivity was 0.615(0.543,0.687/95%),the specificity was 0.923(0.878,0.968/95%),the PLR was 6.945(2.671,50.061),NLR is 0.391(0.238,0.920),DOR is 32.71(15.795,94.77),AUC is 0.93,Q^(*)is 0.84,the results of subgroup analysis were similar to the observed values in the main data,it also shows the accuracy of the ultrasonic diagnosis.No threshold effect was observed by ROC,there is no publication bias.Conclusion Ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of Gout,with remarkable accuracy,and the higher Sensitivity and specificity,it is an optimal high-tech means to diagnose the condition of Gout.
