润燥止痒胶囊在湿疹中辅助治疗效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Moistening Dryness and Relieving Itching Capsule in Adjuvant Treatment of Eczema

目的探讨分析润燥止痒胶囊在湿疹中辅助治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月医院收治的80例湿疹患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者予以局部涂抹丁酸氢化可的松软膏,口服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上,辅以口服润燥止痒胶囊治疗,两组用药皆为28d。比较两组患者治疗前后免疫功能指标、湿疹与瘙痒严重程度、不良反应情况以及生活质量水平之间的差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后的EOS、IgE水平及EASI、瘙痒程度评分更低,生活质量GQOLI-74评分更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊在湿疹中辅助治疗能够有效改善患者的免疫功能,促进湿疹及瘙痒程度的改善,提高生活质量水平,安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze adjuvant curative effect of moistening dryness and relieving itching capsule in treatment of eczema.Methods The paper chose 80 eczema patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as research objects,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment at local area,and ral treatment of epistine hydrochloride capsule,observation group with moistening dryness and relieving itching capsule on the basis of control group,with medication course of 28 days for both groups.Difference of immune function indexes,eczema and pruritus severity and adverse reactions was compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Levels of EOS,IgE,EASI and pruritus in observation group were lower than control group,(P<0.05),adverse reaction rates compariosn between two groups showed(P>0.05).Conclusion Moistening dryness and relieving itching capsule can improve immune function,eczema and pruritus of eczema patients effectively with high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
