布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入用于老年慢性支气管炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Budesonide Combined with Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol Inhalation in Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入用于老年慢性支气管炎(以下简称"老慢支")的临床效果分析。方法研究自医院抽取30例入院治疗老慢支患者,时间为2018年1月至2021年1月,按照患者治疗中治疗用药的不同分为人数均等的两组(n=15),其中实施常规治疗为对照组,在常规治疗基础上实施布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入为观察组,评估两组患者疗效、各症状消失时间与住院时间、不良反应、肺功能指标并对比。结果疗效比较:与对照组相比,观察组疗效偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各症状消失时间与住院时间比较:与对照组相比,观察组咳嗽、咽喉不适等症状完全好转时间、住院时间偏短(P<0.05)。患者FEV;、FVC、PEF、FEF75%指标比较:治疗前两组患者肺功能指标差异小(P>0.05),与对照组相比,观察组肺功能指标偏低(P<0.05)。不良反应比较:与对照组相比,观察组不良反应偏低(P<0.05)。结论对老慢支患者实施布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗能够改善疗效,缩短各症状持续时间,优化肺功能指标,减少住院时间,安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Ipratropium Bromide atomization inhalation for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods In this study,30 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were selected from the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021,and they were divided into two equal groups(n=15)according to the different treatment drugs.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Budesonide combined with Ipratropium Bromide aerosol inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment.The curative effect,symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time,adverse reactions and pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Comparison of curative effect:Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of disappearance time of symptoms and hospitalization time:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter time for complete improvement of symptoms such as cough and throat discomfort and shorter hospitalization time(P<0.05).Comparison of FEV;,FVC,PEF and FEF75%indexes:Before treatment,the difference of pulmonary function indexes between the two groups was small(P>0.05),but compared with the control group,the pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions:Compared with the control group,the adverse reactions in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with Ipratropium Bromide atomization inhalation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can improve the curative effect,shorten the duration of symptoms,optimize the lung function index,reduce the length of hospital stay,and has high safety.
