仙灵骨葆胶囊联合冲击波治疗股骨头坏死的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Xianling Gubao Capsule Combined with Shock Wave in the Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis

目的分析仙灵骨葆胶囊联合冲击波治疗股骨头坏死的疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月收治的90例股骨头坏死患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为A组(30例,仙灵骨葆胶囊联合冲击波治疗)、B组(30例,仙灵骨葆胶囊)、C组(30例,冲击波治疗)。对比患者临床疗效、髋关节评分、疼痛程度、生活质量、不良反应。结果①两组患者临床疗效对比:A组患者临床疗效显著高于B组、C组(P<0.05);②两组患者Harris评分对比:A组患者Harris评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);③两组患者VAS评分、不良反应对比:A组患者VAS评分显著低于B组、C组(P<0.05);④两组患者生活质量对比:观察组患者生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊可有效提高对患者临床疗效,值得广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule combined with shock wave in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.Methods A study was conducted on 90 patients with femoral head necrosis from June 2019 to December 2020,and they were divided into group A(30 cases,Xianling Gubao Capsule combined with shock wave treatment)and group B(30 cases,Xianling Gubao Capsule),group C(30 cases,shock wave therapy).Compare patients’clinical efficacy,hip score,pain degree,quality of life,and adverse reactions.Results①Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:The clinical efficacy of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C(P<0.05);②Harris score comparison of the two groups:Harris score of group A was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);③Comparison of VAS scores and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients:VAS scores of patients in group A were significantly lower than those in groups B and C(P<0.05);④Comparison of the quality of life of the two groups of patients:The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xianling Gubao Capsule can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and is worthy of widespread promotion.
