特应性皮炎患者生活质量及影响因素的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Quality of Life and Influencing Factors in Patients with Atopic Dermatitis

目的调查分析特应性皮炎(AD)患者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法通过问卷调查收集我校附属第一临床医学院皮肤科门诊于2018年6月至2019年10月接诊、并自愿参与调查的AD患者的疾病相关信息、填写中文版皮肤病生活质量指标量表(DLQI),评估患者的生活质量,并分析其影响因素。结果103例AD患者的DLQI均分为(9.45±2.78)分;受中度影响的患者占比最高(39.81%);在症状感受、工作学习和日常活动方面产生的影响较大;不同年龄、职业压力组的DLQI评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的DLQI评分与SCORAD评分(r=0.54,P<0.05)和就诊次数均呈正相关(r=0.39,P<0.05)。结论AD患者的生活质量受到不同程度的负面影响,临床诊疗中应给予关注。

Objective To investigate and analyze the quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods The disease-related information and the Chinese version of dermatology life quality index(DLQI)were collected through questionnaire survey of patients with AD who were admitted to the Dermatology Clinic of the First Affiliated Clinical Medical College of our university from June 2018 to October 2019 and volunteered to participate in the investigation,in order to evaluate the quality of life of patients and analyze its influencing factors.Results The DLQI score of 103 patients with AD was(9.45±2.780)points;the proportion of patients with moderate impact was the highest.The most significant effect on the patients was symptoms and feelings,work and study,daily activities.There were significant differences in DLQI scores among different age and occupational stress groups(P<0.05).The DLQI score was positively correlated with the SCORAD score(r=0.54,P<0.05)and number of visits(r=0.39,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with AD is negatively affected to different degrees,which should be paid attention to in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
