探讨术前心脏康复护理对重症瓣膜病患者的术后心功能及生活质量的影响

Exploration of the Effect of Preoperative Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Cardiac Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Severe Valvular Disease

目的探究术前心脏康复护理对重症瓣膜病患者的术后心功能及生活质量的影响。方法在2019年11月至2020年12月通过我院收治的200例患者进行治疗观察,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,两组患者分别100例。通过比较两组患者在接受护理后临床相关指标、术后生活质量以及在进行护理后心功能水平。结果通过比较两组患者在接受护理后临床相关指标,发现观察组患者的相关指标与对照组患者无明显差异(P>0.05),但在自理能力方面,观察组患者的自理能力要显著优于对照组患者,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过比较两组患者在进行手术后生活质量,发现两组患者在进行手术后生活质量无显著性差异(P>0.05);通过比较两组患者在进行护理后心功能水平,发现观察组患者的左心室射血分数显著优于对照组患者,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组患者在进行护理后,观察组患者的6MWT分值也显著高于对照组患者,且两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于重症瓣膜病患者进行术前心脏康复护理能够加强患者的心肌功能,提升患者的运动耐量以及生活质量,值得在临床上进行推广与普及。

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative cardiac rehabilitation nursing on postoperative cardiac function and quality of life of patients with severe valvular disease.Methods From November 2019 to December 2020,200 patients in our hospital were treated and observed,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The clinical related indexes,postoperative quality of life and cardiac function after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results By comparing the two groups of patients after receiving nursing clinical related indicators,found that the observation group of patients with related indicators and the control group of patients with no significant difference(P>0.05),but in terms of governance ability,the observation group of patients with self-care ability significantly better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).By comparing the two groups of patients in the operation after birth quality of life,found that the two groups of patients in the quality of life after surgery no significant difference(P>0.05).By comparing the two groups of patients in the level of cardiac function after nursing,found that the observation group of patients with left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly better than the control group of patients,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the 6MWT score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative cardiac rehabilitation nursing for patients with severe valvular disease can strengthen their myocardial function,improve their exercise tolerance and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and popularization in clinic.
