重复经颅磁刺激联合综合康复训练干预对全面性发育迟缓患儿神经行为发育的影响

Effect of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined With Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on Neurobehavioral Development of Children With General Growth Retardation

目的研究重复经颅磁刺激联合综合康复训练干预对全面性发育迟缓患儿神经行为发育的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月深圳市龙华区妇幼保健院收治的100例全面性发育迟缓患儿,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组采用综合康复训练干预,试验组则联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、神经行为发育情况。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组;试验组神经行为发育情况优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论重复经颅磁刺激联合综合康复训练干预可提高全面性发育迟缓患儿疗效,改善神经行为发育。

Objective To study effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on neurobehavioral development of children with general growth retardation.Methods The paper chose 100 children with general growth retardation in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training intervention,and experimental group with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Clinical effect and neurobehavioral development between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group;neurobehavioral development of experimental group was better than control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can improve curative effect and neurobehavioral development of children with general growth retardation.
