艾菊膏烫蕴治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床研究

Clinical Research of Aiju Plaster Hot Compression Point in the Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的观察艾菊膏烫蕴治疗混合痔术后肛门疼痛、水肿的疗效。方法选取上海市嘉定区中医医院肛肠科2018年6月至2019年12月间行混合痔外剥内扎式手术治疗的住院的患者120例,分为治疗1组、治疗2组、治疗3组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组术后常规换药,治疗组在常规换药的基础上,治疗1组于长强穴处外敷艾菊膏;治疗2组于长强穴处外用烫蕴治疗包;治疗3组于长强穴处外用均匀涂抹艾菊膏的烫蕴治疗包;观察并记录四组术后第1、3、5、7天肛门疼痛、水肿情况。结果四组术后疼痛、水肿之间的差异有统计学意义。结论艾菊膏烫熨长强穴能明显改善患者术后肛门疼痛及水肿情况,该研究无明显不良反应,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications such as pain,edema of Aiju plaster hot compression point in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods The patients hospitalized in Shanghai Jiading Traditional Chinese Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected.120 cases were randomly divided into four groups,the treatment group one,treatment group two,treatment group three and the control group,each with 30 cases.Patients in control group were treated with routine treatment,on the basis of routine treatment,patients in treatment group one were treated with Aiju plaster on changqiang point,in treatment group two were treated with hot package on changqiang point,in treatment group three were treated with hot package with Aiju plaster on changqiang point.Record four groups of pain,edema for clinical symptoms change in the first,third,fifth,seventh day after operation.Results The differences of postoperative pain and edema between the four groups were statistically significant.Conclusion Aiju plaster hot compression changqiang point can significantly improve patients with postoperative anal pain and edema,the treatment have no obvious adverse reaction,have clinical application value.
