玻璃酸钠联合抗炎药治疗沙眼性干眼病有效性研究

Effectiveness Research of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined With Anti-Inflammatory Drugs in Treatment of Trachoma Xerophthalmia

摘要 目的分析对沙眼性干眼病患者实施玻璃酸钠联合抗炎药治疗的有效性。方法从2018年2月至2018年7月择取160例沙眼性干眼病患者,将其随机分组研究,对照组(80例)实施抗炎药治疗,研究组(80例)实施玻璃酸钠联合抗炎药治疗,对照分析两组临床效果。结果从总有效率分析,研究组(96.25%)比对照组(71.25%)高,P<0.05;从泪液分泌检查结果来看,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;从泪膜破裂时间检测结果来看,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;经荧光素染色着色实验显示,研究组染色点数减少多于对照组,P<0.05;从不良反应发生情况来看,研究组眼干、眼涩以及眼疲劳等不良反应总发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对沙眼性干眼病患者来说,玻璃酸钠联合抗炎药治疗效果确切,且安全性良好,具有显著临床价值。 Objective To analyze effectiveness of sodium hyaluronate combined with anti-inflammatory drugs in treatment of trachoma xerophthalmia.Methods The paper chose 160 patients with trachomatic xerophthalmia from February 2018 to July 2018 and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group(80 cases)was treated with anti-inflammatory drugs,and study group(80 cases)with sodium hyaluronate combined with anti-inflammatory drugs.Clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of study group(96.25%)was higher than control group(71.25%),P<0.05;tear secretion test result of study group was higher than control group,P<0.05;tear film rupture time test result of study group was higher than control group,P<0.05;fluorescein staining experiment showed that number of staining points in study group decreased more than control group,P<0.05;adverse reactions Incidence of dry eye,astringent eye and eye fatigue in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with anti-inflammatory drugs can achieve accurate effect for trachoma xerophthalmia patients,with good safety and significant clinical value.
