大黄芒硝中药贴敷对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产腹部切口的愈合效果及疼痛影响研究

Study on the Healing Effect and Pain of the Chinese Medicine Application of Rhubarb and Glauber’s Salt on the Abdominal Incision of Cesarean Section in Gestational Diabetes

目的大黄芒硝中药贴敷对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产腹部切口的愈合效果及疼痛影响研究。方法将在我院近期(2019年01月01日至2019年12月31日时期)收治妊娠期糖尿病行剖宫产产妇200例,以随机数字表法分成对照组(100例)与实验组(100例),对照组产妇以常规换药等处置,实验组产妇在对照组基础上配合大黄芒硝中药贴敷。结果而术后的5d、7d、10d时实验组产妇的VSS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1d、3d、4d、5d时两组产妇切口VAS评分比较,实验组产妇切口VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产妇切口不良率为3.00%,对照组为14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且实验组产妇住院总时长短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产产妇的切口干预中,在常规干预基础上,实施配合大黄芒硝中药贴敷治疗,可明显降低患者切口疼痛,降低切口瘢痕评分,以减少住院期间切口不良情况的发生,并达到有效的缩短住院时间的理想效果。

Objective To study the effect of rhubarb and Glauber’s salt on the healing effect and pain of abdominal incision during cesarean section of gestational diabetes.Methods 200 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus who underwent cesarean section were admitted in our hospital recently(from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019),and were divided into control group(100 cases)and experimental group by random number table(100 cases),women in the control group were treated with routine dressing changes,and women in the experimental group were treated with rhubarb mirabilite on the basis of the control group.Results The VSS scores of the pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 5th,7th,and 10th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the VAS scores of the two groups at 1d,3d,4d and 5d after operation,the VAS scores of the maternal incisions in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of poor incisions in the experimental group was 3.00%and that in the control group was 14.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the total length of hospitalization of the pregnant women in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the incision intervention of cesarean women with gestational diabetes mellitus,on the basis of conventional intervention,the application of Chinese medicine with rhubarb and thenardite can significantly reduce the incision pain and scar score of the patient,so as to reduce the incidence of poor incision during hospitalization.Occurs and achieves the desired effect of effectively shortening the length of hospital stay.
