腰椎椎管狭窄采用中药养血汤结合针灸治疗的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis with Yangxue Decoction and Acupuncture

目的分析腰椎椎管狭窄采用中药养血汤结合针灸治疗的疗效。方法本文总共纳入80例研究对象,全部都是2018年12月至2020年12月在我院进行治疗的腰椎椎管狭窄患者,选择抽签法进行分组,分为对照组(针灸,n=40)与研究组(针灸+中药养血汤,n=40)。对比分析两组的腰椎功能与疼痛程度,统计临床疗效以及炎症反应。结果在ODI评分、JOA评分以及VAS评分上,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。在临床疗效上,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药养血汤+针灸用于腰椎椎管狭窄的治疗效果理想,对于腰椎功能与疼痛程度的改善具有促进作用,可有效提升临床疗效,临床可进一步推广运用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yangxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods There were 80 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020.They were divided into control group(acupuncture and moxibustion,n=40)and study group(acupuncture and moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine Yangxue decoction,n=40).The lumbar spine function and pain degree of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the clinical efficacy and inflammatory response were statistically calculated.Results The study group was significantly better than the control group in ODI score,JOA score and VAS score(P<0.05).At clinical efficacy,the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1(IL-1)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion of Yangxue decoction of traditional Chinese medicine is ideal for the treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis.It can promote the improvement of lumbar function and pain degree,can effectively improve the clinical effect,and can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
