膝关节骨关节炎患者应用加味独活寄生汤联合补肾壮骨汤治疗的效果

Effect of Jiawei Duhuo Parasitic Decoction combined with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction on Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

目的分析在膝关节骨关节炎患者中采取加味独活寄生汤联合补肾壮骨汤治疗的疗效。方法选取在我院医治的膝关节骨关节炎患者纳入研究,共65例,时间段在2017年1月至2019年12月期间。随机设为对照组(32例)和实验组(33例),对照组采取常规西医治疗,实验组采取加味独活寄生汤联合补肾壮骨汤治疗。使用WOMAC骨性关节炎评分评价两组患者治疗前后膝关节功能;使用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度;检测相关细胞因子水平;统计两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组治疗后WOMAC骨性关节炎评分和VAS评分相较对照组均明显更低,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)以及基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)上,实验组治疗后相较对照组均明显更低,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对比两组患者治疗总有效率,实验组明显高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论加味独活寄生汤联合补肾壮骨汤应用于膝关节骨关节炎患者中,可有效缓解膝关节疼痛,降低机体相关细胞因子水平,提高膝关节功能,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective Analyze the curative effect of Jiawei Duhuojijie Decoction combined with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 65 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital were selected for the study,and the time period was from January 2017 to December 2019.Randomly set as a control group(32 cases)and an experimental group(33 cases).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Jiawei Duhuojii Decoction combined with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction.The WOMAC osteoarthritis score was used to evaluate the knee joint function of the two groups of patients before and after treatment;the visual analogue score(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain degree of the two groups before and after the treatment;the levels of related cytokines were detected.Results After treatment,the WOMAC osteoarthritis score and VAS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group after treatment,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparing the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups of patients,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Duhuojii Decoction combined with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction in patients with knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve knee joint pain,reduce the level of body-related cytokines,and improve knee joint function.The clinical effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
