利用Excel软件实现处方随机抽样的方法探讨

目的为医院处方点评工作提供快速、随机的处方抽样方法。方法利用医院HIS系统提供的处方数据,演示Excel 软件排序、数据透视表、自动筛选和函数VLOOKUP等功能自动随机等距抽样100 张处方的操作规程。结果此方法能达到快速、随机抽样的要求,抽取的处方有代表性。结论本方法大大提高了工作效率,并经实际工作验证,有较高的应用价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To provide a method for quickly carrying out prescription random sampling.Methods To use the prescription data provided by hospital HIS system,the steps of equal interval sampling of 100 prescriptions with excel functions,such as sort,pivot table autofilter,VLOOKUP,were summarized and demonstrated.Results This method can attainthe result of random sampling quickly and the sampling prescription has a representative.Conclusion The method can make the work better and verificated by practice,so the method is significant for spreading and communication.
