个性化康复训练联合人解语丹对中风失语早期功能康复效果的影响分析

Analysis of the Value of Individualized Rehabilitation Training on Stroke Aphasia Jieyu Tablet combined Early Rehabilitation Effect

目的观察个性化康复训练联合解语丹对中风失语早期功能康复效果的影响着,分析个性化康复训练联合解语丹在中风失语中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月期间我院诊治的中风后失语患者观察对象,根据就诊单双号分为2组,最终入组218例,研究组(个性化康复训练联合解语丹治疗)和对照组(仅使用以解语丹为主的药物治疗)各109例,对比分析组间中国康复研究中心失语症检查表评分(CRRCAE)、西方失语成套测验(WAB)评分变化及临床疗效差异方面的差异性。结果治疗后,研究组CRRCAE量表各因子评分、WAB评分以及临床治疗有效率均高于对照组,组间治疗结果相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论个性化康复训练联合解语丹能够有改善患者语言功能恢复,对提升早期功能康复效果有重要价值。

Objective To observe the effect of individualized rehabilitation training combined with Jieyu tablet on stroke aphasia rehabilitation effect influence.Application of individualized rehabilitation training combined with the Jieyu Dan in stroke aphasia.Methods To selected the observation subjects of aphasia after stroke in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,and divided them into 2 groups according to the treatment number,218 cases.Study group(individualized rehabilitation training combined with the Jieyu Dan treatment)and control group(only treated with drugs to the Jieyu Dan)109 cases.The difference between the China Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Checklist(CRRCAE)and the Western aphasia test battery(WAB)and the difference of clinical efficacy between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the study group CRRCAE scale of each factor score and clinical treatment efficiency(94.50%)was higher than the control group.Compared with the treatment group results,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation training combined with Jieyu tablet can improve the recovery of language function in patients,has important value to improve the effect of early rehabilitation.
