近年来日间手术在全国得到大力推广,分散式日间手术易于在专科科室开展,秉承以病人为中心的服务理念,分散式日间手术护理不断改进管理模式,逐步完善护理工作流程,提高服务质量。本文对本院泌尿外科分散式日间手术患者护理管理进行介绍,对患者预约入院时、住院期间以及出院后的护理管理进行分析和总结,研究和发现泌尿外科分散式日间手术的护理管理方法和工作流程,以保障医疗护理质量和患者安全,提高优质医疗资源的利用。

In recent years,daytime operation has been vigorously promoted in the country.Decentralized daytime operation is easy to be carried out in specialized departments.Adhering to the patient-centered service concept,decentralized daytime operation nursing continuously improves the management mode,gradually improves the nursing workflow,and improves the service quality.This paper introduces the nursing management of the patients in the decentralized day operation of Urology in our hospital,analyzes and summarizes the nursing management of the patients when they make an appointment for admission,during hospitalization and after discharge,studies and finds the nursing management methods and workflow process of the decentralized day operation of Urology,so as to ensure the quality of medical care and the safety of patients,and improve the utilization of high-quality medical resources.
