心理干预对脑出血患者心理状态的影响评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Psychological Intervention on Mental State of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究心理干预对脑出血患者心理状况的影响。方法选取2018年6月至8月本院收治的68例脑出血患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组34例,对照组34例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行心理干预,对比两组的心理状况。结果观察组患者的SDS评分和SAS评分在实施心理干预后下降幅度较对照组大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可有效改善脑出血患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,利于患者早期康复,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on the mental state of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 68 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from June to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group to compare the psychological status of the two groups.Results After psychological intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased,and the scores of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the anxiety,depression and other negative emotions of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which is conducive to the early rehabilitation of patients,has a high clinical application value,and is worth popularizing.
