观察初产妇分娩中自由体位护理对母婴结局及分娩镇痛的临床价值

To Observe the Clinical Value of Free Body Position Nursing in the Delivery of Primipara on the Outcome of Mother and Infant and Labor Analgesia

目的分析初产妇分娩中自由体位护理对母婴结局及分娩镇痛的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年1月至2019年6月收治的110例初产妇开展本次试验研究,选取随机数字表法将所有产妇均分为参照组和研究组两组,各55例。参照组行常规助产护理,研究组行自由体位护理,比较两组护理效果。结果与参照组第一产程时间、第二产程时间和第三产程时间相比,研究组均明显偏低(P<0.05);与参照组疼痛指数(PRI)评分、疼痛状况(PPI)评分和视觉疼痛评分(VAS)评分相比,研究组均明显偏低(P<0.05);研究组的自然分娩率、中转剖宫产发生率、产钳助产发生率和新生儿窒息发生率均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇分娩中应用自由体位护理能够有效改善母婴结局,能够显著缓解患者疼痛程度,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of free body position nursing on the outcome of mother and infant and labor analgesia.Methods 110 primiparas admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected to carry out this study.All primiparas were divided into two groups,the reference group and the study group,each with 55 cases.The control group received routine midwifery nursing,and the study group received free body position nursing.Results Compared with the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the reference group,the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group’s pain index(PRI),pain status(PPI)and visual pain score(VAS),the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05),the study group’s natural delivery rate,incidence of conversion to cesarean section,delivery forceps delivery rate The birth rate and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of free body position nursing in the delivery of primipara can effectively improve the outcome of mother and baby,significantly alleviate the pain of patients,and has the value of promotion.
