护理安全管理小组在护理不良事件管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Safety Management Team in Nursing Adverse Event Management

目的探讨护理安全管理小组在监控护理不良事件发生过程,提高主动上报率,降低发生率的效果。方法建立护理安全管理小组,对护理不良事件排名前三位,包括院内压力性损伤、患者跌倒、非计划拔管重点评估进行专项管理,于2018年5月至2019年4月对全院住院的患者实施护理安全管理,对患者护理不良事件进行主动监测和控制。结果实施护理安全专项管理后,院内压力性损伤发生率由0.34%下降至0.16%(P<0.05),住院患者的跌倒发生率由0.32‰下降至0.11‰(P<0.05),非计划性拔管率由0.92‰下降至0.32‰(P<0.05),护理不良事件主动上报率33.9%上升到86.9%(P<0.05)。结论实施护理安全专项管理后,能对护理不良事件主动监测和控制,能有效降低压力性损伤等护理不良事件的发生率,提高患者护理不良事件主动上报率,对全院住院患者护理安全具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing safety management team in monitoring the occurrence of nursing adverse events,improving the rate of active reporting and reducing the incidence.Methods To establish a nursing safety management group,Special management was carried out for the top three nursing adverse events,including stress injury in hospital,fall of patients and key evaluation of unplanned extubation,From May 2018 to April 2019,we will implement nursing safety management for the patients in the hospital,and actively monitor and control the adverse events of patients’nursing.Results After the implementation of special management of nursing safety The incidence of pressure injury decreased from 0.34%to 0.16%(P<0.05),The fall rate of inpatients decreased from 0.32‰to 0.11‰(P<0.05).The unplanned extubation rate decreased from 0.92‰to 0.32‰(P<0.05),The active reporting rate of adverse events increased from 33.9%to 86.9%(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of special management of nursing safety,it can actively monitor and control nursing adverse events,effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events such as stress injury,and improve the active reporting rate of nursing adverse events,which is of great significance to the nursing safety of inpatients in the hospital.
