阿奇霉素联合麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Azithromycin Combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the Treatment of Pneumonia in Children

目的探究阿奇霉素联合麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选择2010年2月至2019年2月本院收治的300例小儿肺炎,随机分为对照组与观察组各150例,对照组采用阿奇霉素进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合麻杏石甘汤进行治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果两组患儿的炎症因子指标进行对比,治疗前两组无明显差异,治疗后,观察组的降钙素原、C反应蛋白指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组的治疗有效的概率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用麻杏石甘汤联合阿奇霉素可以有效治疗小儿肺炎,降低炎症因子指标效果较显著,安全性较高,有效缓解患儿的临床症状,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the treatment of children pneumonia.Methods From February 2010 to February 2019,300 children with pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction on this basis to compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the indexes of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the probability of effective treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin can effectively treat children’s pneumonia,reduce the index of inflammatory factors significantly,with high safety,effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,with high clinical application value.
