优质护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing in Nursing of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

目的研讨优质护理理念在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用及其临床价值。方法以我院收治于2017年8月至2019年8月的80例急性心肌梗死患者为例,按1:1比例随机纳入两组,A组(n=40)接受常规护理指导,B组(n=40)在A组基础上引入优质护理理念强化干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果B组经护理后的卧床时间、住院时间较A组缩短更明显,住院费用较A组减少更明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。与A组相比,B组发生心律失常、心源性休克等不良事件的总概率降低更显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论将优质护理理念引入急性心肌梗死患者的护理中,能够减轻患者的医疗负担,降低并发症发生率,对促进患者的康复有明显助益,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the application and clinical value of quality nursing concept in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Taking 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 as an example,two groups were randomly included at A 1:1 ratio,group A(n=40)received routine nursing guidance,and group B(n=40)introduced high-quality nursing concept and enhanced intervention on the basis of group A to compare the intervention effect of the two groups.Results After nursing,the length of stay in bed and hospital in group B was shortened more significantly than that in group A,and the cost of hospitalization was reduced more significantly than that in group A,all P<0.05,with statistical significance.Compared with group A,the overall probability of adverse events such as arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock in group B was significantly reduced(P<0.05,indicating statistical significance).Conclusion The introduction of quality nursing concept into the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction can reduce the medical burden of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients significantly beneficial,worthy of recommendation.
