经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘髓核摘除术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用

Percutaneous Transforaminal Discectomy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘髓核摘除术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用效果。方法随机选取2016年1月至2019年12月本院收治的40例腰椎间盘突出症患者,实施经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘髓核摘除术。对比患者手术治疗前后的VAS评分。结果手术后患者的VAS评分低于手术前(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症在治疗过程中采用经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗,能够降低患者疼痛程度,改善患者的腰椎功能,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous foraminoscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 40 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were randomly selected to undergo percutaneous foraminoscopic discectomy.The VAS scores of patients before and after surgery were compared.Results The VAS score of patients after surgery was lower than that before surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous foraminoscopic discectomy for lumbar disc herniation can reduce pain and improve lumbar function,which is worthy of popularization.
